Healthier You

When a fitness instructor, private trainer, local gym or national brand wants to attract clients, they often focus on the components of your results; being and becoming a healthier you.

  • Able
  • Fit
  • More energetic
  • More muscle
  • Less fat
  • Toned
  • Feeling better
  • Looking better
  • Happier

They don’t promote the things that you will feel while you are getting there…

  • Unable
  • Out of shape
  • Fatigued
  • Muscle aches
  • Fat
  • Sore arms, legs, shoulders…
  • Pain when laughing or breathing (from under-used stomach and sternum muscles)
  • Undecided if the pain is worth it…

No, they focus on the things that you will see, feel and experience when you get to the other side – the first list of things that happen that make all of the second list of “feelings” not matter. Becoming a healthier you is a process and you have to start somewhere, or restart after pausing for too long.
