Client management and support is easier, much, much easier, if you are of the same mindset.

You don’t have to be able to read minds… you just have to have a similar frame of reference, similar background and perspective.

Ideas come together and become solutions.

Working collaboratively is always valuable, reduces stress and improves the relationship.

Of course, when you both think the same thing at the same time, you might not be as open minded to other things that neither of you would think of separately.  You run the risk of leaving out important topics, ideas and creative solutions.

That said, who their end-customer is, and what their interests are, matters too. If THEY are of the same mindset…well, then, you have a perfect match.
