Cross That Bridge

Remember when we decided to be healthier? We decided to eat kale, other fresh vegetables, healthy breakfasts – less dairy – and exercise…we decided to cross that bridge and not look back.

Then, Thanksgiving happened.

Man, oh man, it happened over and over and over again.

Tomorow, we have to get back out there and back to the normal routine. 

Stretch, limber up, put on the winter-warm socks and cross that bridge again before we can’t make it through to the rest of the holidays. There’s so much more to enjoy, we have to do something to compensate for the never ending indulgences of cookies, pie, mashed potatoes and stuffing. All of it made with plenty of butter.
