I think it is a good idea to always add to the list of things that you:
- enjoy doing;
- want to learn;
- are willing to try (at least once);
- have never done even if, maybe, it scares you;
- can do to help someone else;
- have the ability to learn;
- know will make someone else feel good;
- want to try;
- can stop doing because it causes you pain, worry or stress; and/or
- have just found out exists…even if it has been around for decades.
Keep the life you have moving forward and always expanding…just choose one more thing to add to the list – once a day, week, month or year – and that should do it.
