Sometimes, even often times, people will make a purchase with or without a sale.

• If the value of the thing you’re offering is enough.
• If the need for the thing is great enough.
• If the WANT for the thing is strong enough.
• If the uniqueness of the thing is different enough.

Even on President’s Day, with or without a sale, things will be purchased, things will be sold, dinner will be eaten, beverages will be served and people – on both sides of the retail equation – will be happy.
