There are always two sides to a conversation.

The things one person said.

The things another person heard.

The perspective and basis that each hold based on prior experiences.

The time delay (not much) and the quality (sometimes not so great) of either an audio or video call.

The facts that are based on proof, science and reality.

The opinions, emotions and predetermined ideologies.

All of this is essentially true in all cases, unless you have a third party observer. Then, there are not two sides but three. Maybe all of you will listen more than you talk and be open minded to learn from the others.
