Short Pour

Adults all know and understand the short pour at the bar…so does the bartender and the owner of the bar or restaurant.

  • Ok when it is half priced happy hour.
  • Not ok when it is full priced, premium drinks.

Knowing the difference is so important.

Know when to perform the short pour and when to provide all that they purchased – and then some – from your company. Over deliver. Under promise. Make them happy.
