Remember Then Forget

What happens when you remember, then forget

They say if you truly forgive someone, you forget it ever happened. Those things however are often really (really) hard to get out of your head. Even when you think they are gone they may creep back to you. Time helps. It usually does. A lot of time usually helps even more.

Plus, as you age the not remembering thing may come more naturally.

However, sometimes, you don’t even remember the things you do want to relive, enjoy or retell, sharing with others.

It is a part of life.

If it really was important. You would definitely remember… then forget it promptly once you act on it. So, do your best to promptly share the story. Or, decide you don’t need to dwell on that idea any more. Let it go. Move on. Let it totally go. Next.
