Whenever you can, just reach out and touch base, say hello and follow up on old info.

You never know who you might help, support, “be there for” in a moment of crisis.

You never know what you might have been missing.

You never know how you can answer the (seemingly) unanswerable questions.

It is easier than ever to just reach out and text or call someone, but you can also (shocking and controversial I know) knock on their door and be there, in person, to do all of those things and more, too. You don’t have to bring food, pastries, flowers or wine. Just be you.
