How impressive the hotel or hospital is that has been recently and newly renovated…beautiful marble, shiny stainless steel, and clean lines on the reception desk.

Online it looks even less amazing. They have done their job well.

Until, you see the upstairs. Walking. Up. The. Stairs.

I am sure the elevator was newly renovated, too, but the cardio friendly open plan steps were only renovated up to the Mezzanine Level. The second floor, not so much. Maybe – I hope at least – it is a work in progress and they will get to the rest of it, eventually.
