There should be more than just one night, but sometimes that is all you get.

You need to make the most of the time you have. Make the message clear. Share the important information. Give them the place to follow up. Allow them the time to learn more. Provide talking points and take aways. Take pictures if you can. Use these to help with the next steps.

Right now, just one night. Maybe later there is more opportunity…but at the moment, we have to be happy with what we have.
