Habits Work

Habits work for some.

The good ones you make, and keep doing are positive reinforcing. Better abs, health and mood. You wake up earlier, you can get more done before anyone else is awake. Work out, go for a walk, eat better.

Then, the ones you break are even better. No smoking, stop drinking, don’t speed on the highway…

That said, habits work only when you start setting those little goals and sticking to them so they become big accomplishments.
