Everything, and I mean everything is important. Period. Sure, some things are more important than others.

But, that is not the end of the story.

Others are worth a reminder.

Mentioning again.

Being a nudge.

Being a nag; yes sometimes nagging them ad nauseum.

Every day there are more things to do than you can possibly accomplish, so you have to prioritize.

But. We have to use our best judgement.

Helping them to be make their own decisions is critical.

You can be right, but they have to learn, too.

Some things can’t wait, but a lot of other things can. Everything is important, some things are less so than others.
