Don’t hesitate, at least not for too long.

Someone else will speak up.

Someone else will take charge.

Someone else will get the role.

Someone else will do what you wanted to do.

Someone else…will get what they want.

Speak up, say what you want, be resolved, share your thoughts…and don’t hesitate. You may not want to be pushy, or talk over someone else, but depending on who is in the room, you will not get what you thought you would get. You have to earn it…not everyone will let you in.
