Why do they say no when:

• They need to know.
• They have a question.
• Or, a comment.

Maybe…

• They don’t want the meeting to drag out.
• They don’t want to look like they don’t know.
• They don’t want to be a burden.

It is perfectly fine – be sure to ask the questions. It is the reason we are here. We need to help. You need to learn. Let’s work together on this.
