The annual rituals and traditions we have to celebrate are plentiful.

Birthdays.

Weddings, showers and even those Anniversary milestones.

Baptisms (Communions and Confirmations fall into this category along with a Bar/Bat Mitzvah).

Graduations and commencements.

Parades – oh, the parades!

This year, on Memorial Day we will not only have picnics and barbecues, we will have the annual local 2.2 mile long parade meandering through town. It will be complete with bands, firetrucks, veterans in regalia… locking us at home to enjoy it (whether we want to or not) but we do. Oh yes, we do.

These annual rituals are legendary and what make weekends throughout the year even more special. Do your best to enjoy this one. It is indeed, worth celebrating.
