In cooking, a little of this and a little of that works just fine.

In baking. Not so much.

In seeing those wonderful little Christmas gifts on Facebook (not even Pinterest thank you very much) they look so easy and so delectable.

You. Must. Make. Them. Now.

Although, you don’t really have to make them.

You can admit to yourself that they are wonderful when store bought, or even better, when you find that corner shop with the baker who knows exactly what they are doing.

It is perfectly fine to admit, to yourself that you know a little of this, and a lot about so many other things… that it is okay if you don’t bake.
