Sometimes, that new restaurant that opens to wide appeal has just too many people interested in dining when it first opens. When that happens, rest assured you will have time to find out if it is worth the wait.
If it isn’t…it will be closed before you decide to try it again.
If it is…just dine early.
If it isn’t…you won’t feel like you missed out.
If it is…call ahead, not just 3 hours ahead, on a Thursday in the summer, but weeks early, in the fall.
If it isn’t…you will feel vindicated.
If it is…you will you will get know the reservation manager.
Either way, you can be happy that you waited and know for sure that is it worth the wait.
