No matter what you do, you should be proud of the things that turn out well. Of course you enjoy it, but when it’s great you just want to make it happen again.

That is what makes you really love it.

It is truly a gift when you have the opportunity to find work that becomes a career you can enjoy.

Then, take on the challenge to help others to love what they do, too. Start with your kids and your co-workers. They might need to know that it wasn’t always this way, but over time, things can change – for the better.

Also, be sure to celebrate when it’s great, because you put in the effort to be consistently good, and you deserve it. You work at improving everything over time, taking the extra moment and sometimes that momentary effort turns into magic. Passing it on and inspiring others is the even better thing you can do, and that is truly magnificent.
