After opening a new restaurant it takes a while for the entire staff to get up to speed; providing the best service and delivering the menu as the chef intended.
Once they do, word should spread quickly. In the meantime, it can also take a while to share the background behind what is going on in town.
Right now I think only 10% of everyone is really up to speed…just hoping that once we are there, we stay on the rails.
