I am definitely appreciative of the easy returns at some stores who tie your purchase records and receipts right to your credit card…but when you find a store that doesn’t have that system in place it is pretty excruciating.

Better to invest in your systems and allow your customers flexibility in more way than one.

It is possible that some of you may have thought I meant the many ways to receive easy returns of an IRS refund, but it is just a bit early for that this year. They too require some pretty fancy systems, but taxpayers are the ones who have to (directly) invest in those.
