Tiniest Details

Yes, the tiniest details matter.

Small print.

The fine print.

The numbers that are so small that a 3 looks like an 8 or a 5 looks like a 6…you can really mess things up.

Like when you miss a train. Or, worse, miss a flight because you were at the wrong gate (going to the same place, but at a different time and not with the ticket you have in hand.)

When broad strokes will get you close and allow you in the room, shaking hands and already diving deep – having a conversation – but entering the wrong password will keep you out forever. (Or, at least until the meeting is over and someone sees your message asking for help.)

Luckily, there are games like horseshoes…and bocci, when close will still allow you to win. Also, 2FA that allows you a safeguard to find out the way back even if you have zero memory of even setting up a very secret, super secure password.

Marketing is like this too, but only sometimes, when just being close is close enough.

When it matters, you need to pay attention because sometimes the tiniest details are critical – then. Well. Then, you can’t mess them up.
