Old habits actually don’t die hard, they are surprisingly easy to drop especially when you don’t want to do them…
If you were a master though, they can become comfortable again. Sort of like riding a bike – except the skill does take some effort if it has been a while.
Put it on the calendar, the to-do list, the agenda and add it to your goals – if not, you may not focus on it nearly enough (or even at all.)
Start.
Early.
Often.
Repeat.
The sooner the better. Get back to it and you will be happier for it.
