This pizza or that pizza…which one do you like better?

I know it is a summer 3-day weekend holiday, but good pizza is hard to pass up. When in Rome (or when in the greater NYC area) as they say, you have to partake. Plus, the pizza from NYC is far better than any that we had in Italy.

What is it? The water, the combination of other ingredients and the ovens maybe…or, just that we prefer this pizza to any other (and now we can say it with confidence) in the world.
