- help;
- assist;
- guide;
- break up a debate;
- solve a problem; or,
- do the work.
Create the spark. Be the inspiration. Give them the tools.
They have to be interested, motivated and have some level of initiation to do the work.
Projects do take time. New activities and skills need to be learned. Education can only go so far – after that, you have to let them do it on their own. If they work together to accomplish the task, well, there’s something magical about that and you were the one who fostered it’s potential. Be proud of yourself. Be even more proud of them.
