Hospitality is easy…you can start by being super friendly.

It doesn’t matter (as much) what the food is like, the ambiance is, or the parking lot looks like.

Smile.

Ask what else they would like or need.

Welcome everyone.

Not just police or fire personnel – both…

Any age. Any nationality. Any background. Any gender (or none.)

Smile some more.

We enjoyed a meal out at a place we’d never been, even though we were not entirely sure how it would go. They were not only super friendly, even at the very end of the day (when they only had a few customers left to serve) they were over the top in their level of hospitality. Sometimes the risk is worth taking especially when they follow all the rules. Oh, and the food was good, too – but that was just one tiny little part of it.
