Oh, so much garlic…and isn’t it just amazing!?!
Unless, you don’t like that. In which case, you might need to step in and start cooking. People who cook, tend to like it and use it unsparingly.
Pasta, pizza, sautéed veggies, guacamole, chicken, hummus, and dips – you name it – it’s there in quantities that are very noticeable.
It is of course an acquired taste. However, just like so many other things…

the more you are exposed to it, the more you become addicted to it.
So, go ahead and enjoy it.
Of course, in desserts it is not so much garlic as the prevailing addiction to chocolate. Need I say more? Oh, and in case you were wondering, Mom would probably like some chocolate for Mother’s Day. See what you can do.
