I am not sure they know what the word significantly means. At least when it comes to the weather…

You can pitch whatever you want in marketing, but it doesn’t mean it’s right. 

A ten degree increase, when we have had days that have actually been significantly warmer, as in 40 or 50 degrees up from the day prior is a better use of that word.
