You can (and should) share the advice you have to give.

Some will listen, lean in and learn from you. They will ask more questions. They will grow beyond their comfort zone. Many will thank you now and then again later.

Some will pass… they will hear it, but they won’t believe it or understand.

But, someday, they will realize. It will be seen as relevant. It will be brilliant. Without even realizing, they will tell others and share the advice you freely offered. But, they may not ever come back to you and say thanks for the support. (Will it matter? Probably not.) You will know and can just be proud to see how it worked.
