No matter how many you have, share a cookie with someone.
(Chocolate chip, if you are asking me, but, oatmeal raisin is good too.)
Being able to share…
Means that your pre-school experience, whether it was your teacher, the aide or your classmates was a good one. No one took things away from you for no reason and you learned trust. You were able to share and take turns, but keep what was yours at the end of the day.
Growing up…
Learning that in this life it is truly better to have people with whom you want to share the good things in life. An afternoon walk, chatting in the sun with a cool breeze to keep you comfortable or a swing in the shade of the porch. You continue to give and take – exchanging ideas and helping others explore.
Now, go back out there, share a cookie and make a new friend this week. It is good to keep adding to your circle, which can keep expanding until you can’t even see the other side…Remember, you always remain connected just one person away from another. Connected even more closely if one of you has good things they are willing to share.
