Set The Time

You have to be ready to focus and set the time aside to do the things you will never do otherwise.

  • Exercise.
  • Read.
  • See friends.
  • Time with family who do not live close by.
  • Travel.
  • Cook elaborate meals.
  • See national parks and historic sites.
  • Learn new things: a language, skill, sport, or hobby.
  • Try something different.
  • Volunteer to make the community around you even better.
  • Write thank you notes.
  • Date night.

Make a plan and set the time on your calendar, once a day, once a week, each month or at least once a year. In fact, plan all of these things and create the blocks of time needed for them to happen. You will not regret it one little bit.
