You have to be ready to focus and set the time aside to do the things you will never do otherwise.
- Exercise.
- Read.
- See friends.
- Time with family who do not live close by.
- Travel.
- Cook elaborate meals.
- See national parks and historic sites.
- Learn new things: a language, skill, sport, or hobby.
- Try something different.
- Volunteer to make the community around you even better.
- Write thank you notes.
- Date night.
Make a plan and set the time on your calendar, once a day, once a week, each month or at least once a year. In fact, plan all of these things and create the blocks of time needed for them to happen. You will not regret it one little bit.
