• The proposal.
• The terms and conditions.
• The contract.
• The shipping info.
• The item number, description and the pricing.
• The rules for return.
• The address on the return…

If there is an exchange of money for goods and/or services, be sure to read the paperwork carefully and double check the small print, if you want to be able to return it – just make sure the return address is not your own.
