The random voices in your house, are not the ones you have to worry about.

Unless, you have ghosts. In which case, you will have to be the judge as to whether or not there is cause for worry.

The ones that you must be concerned about, are the ones that don’t share their feedback with you directly. The customers who complain anonymously to others. The ones who go on Yelp and Google and Facebook to complain about you to all the world.

Those are the random voices you need to fix, before they are random and still call themselves your customer.
