It is wonderful to have the opportunity to be able to do what you want, stay close to home, linger over a meal (or dessert), and open a gift that is perfect for sharing.

Giving is always a good feeling. Maybe even better sometimes, than being the recipient. The joy on their face, the look of surprise and the anticipation of each sheet of tissue paper being removed. Squeals of delight. Blushing of appreciation. Oohs and aaahs.

Anticipation of the moment. Not wanting to wait. It is time.

Families should be bigger, then there are more of you to gather, even when everyone can’t be together at the same time.

Then, the stories you all have are perfect for sharing, over and over (and over) again. Tell them – in your own words – with your own perspective. It is because you all have something unique to contribute and that is the very best part of coming together.
