When a restaurant opens their doors to you, for lunch, or coffee or even just a meeting – they are telling you “of course you’re welcome.”

Starbucks and Panera come to mind as everyone knows they do this, but so many other restaurants, coffee shops and retailers, do too.

They want you to come it, sit down and linger. Work, if you want. Drink coffee if you want. Read a text book if you want.

Because – you will probably buy something and you will also make the place look busy – busier than it would be if you were not there.

And that is a beautiful thing.

So, come on in, hang out, stay a while and keep us company. Of course, you’re welcome to tell others that we are the best place to be in town, or the borough as it were. We appreciate the referral and the Word-of-Mouth mentions to your friends, colleagues and clients. See you tomorrow. Bring a co-worker or two, too.
