It is Important to Smile

Remember what they said in that “sales” training class? It is important to smile.

Even if you have not taken a class, somewhere, somehow, you’ve probably heard someone in your past say “the person on the other end can hear your smile”.

It’s true.

Now, it is especially important…so hopefully you have developed the habit. You have to maintain that visual feedback – while not meeting face to face, we have transitioned all of our conference calls to video conferencing calls.

But, the real truth is – no matter whether you are on the phone or on screen – even wearing a mask. It is important to smile. They can tell if you are happy. So, let’s be sure to keep up with the human traits that matter.
