Thank goodness for organizations like Pixar, Apple, Nintendo and Disney for making being a geek fun.
Spending a few hours (again) at the Pixar exhibit at the Franklin Institute in Philly shows how many different types of careers are needed to make an animated movie. From the artists, engineers, designers, technicians, scientists and lighting specialists to sound editing, concept sketches, story writers and more…
No doubt, they are smart, creative, technically trained, and they work hard; but they portray it with style…it may be okay to want to be a geek… Fun career? Yes, please.
