There are a lot of common fall themes in marketing, and everyone uses them, once they become known.
They are comfortable, recognizable and let’s be honest – they kind of work.
It is okay to use them, but it is even better when you come up with your own, slogan, tagline or phrase – and everyone starts using it, too.

- Back to School.
- Prices are Falling.
- Fall-tastic offers / deals / products.
- Call for Fall.
- Sweater Weather.
- It’s Fall Y’all.
- Mums the Word.
- Sensational Seasonal Savings.
- Fall in Love with New Items.
- Fall-ing for Savings.
- Cozy up with Corduroy.
- Perfect Pairing for Anything Pumpkin.
The list could go on, but whatever you use, don’t forget to shake it up a bit, be cute, be fun, be different. Using the same old, same old fall themes year after year can limit your exposure and reduce the attention you might get. Remember that you need to recapture the eye of even your most loyal clients and customers – the ones who matter more (usually 80% or so) – while finding new ones, too.
