Today, I saw something that I think must have been a fair trade. Two street parking spaces for an outdoor dining terrace. What do you think?

A local tavern that recently changed ownership and I’m thinking they considered many ways they could enhance and expand their business. 

Outdoor dining, with a nice view of the sunset…in return they gave up a curb cut and access to an unused (probably) garage. Add some planters, move the no parking sign and voila…a whole new profit center.

Yes…definitely a fair trade.
