You can’t, unfortunately, take emotional collateral to the bank to fund your next venture. 

No matter how passionate you are or how much you care about a project, you have to find a way to quantify and most often, monetize it, to get it approved. 

We are going to have to work really hard to figure out how valuable the emotional collateral is worth to parents, residents, business and home owners in order to get what we want. Hope that everyone is ready to work even harder because in this world, passion is not enough.
