Which is your less favorite – cooking or clean up?
- Does the meal matter?
- Or, maybe the time of day?
What about if you were baking with all of the measuring cups, spoons, shifting bowls and spatulas – not to mention the pans and silicone (Silpat) non-stick baking mat?
Maybe it is just the non-stop sheer volume of what you are doing now, every day, for every meal.
So tell me.
When you can go back out to a restaurant, whether fast-casual, diner, kitchenette or fine dining, what will be the thing you appreciate more? The kitchen staff doing the cooking or clean up? (Or, maybe it will be both.)
