Deciding to change your name is a big decision. Whether you are getting married and thinking of taking or adding on your spouse’s last name or taking over a business and want to make it your own.

There are a lot of things you have to do. Legal things, like a new license, deeds, and identification.

These things take time and if they are real estate related, such as commercial identification, they can also be pretty expensive.

It can be done for personal beliefs, ego or because the image you want to portray has changed…I did change my name and I have helped companies change their name (and their image, too.) It isn’t easy… but sometimes it is the right thing to do.
