An Hour

Most work-outs boast it just takes an hour of your time. 

Frequency is what matters of course. Being convenient to your normal routine is also quite important.  

Imagine the self-improvement you can achieve if you had an hour a day, and then, maybe on a weekend, in just 5 hours. One parking spot, minutes from home and you can do all of this. No more excuses.
