I think that there is a significant issue of time vs. technology affecting us today.

This is compounded by added security, threat or appearance of risk that adds steps that were, until now, uneccessary.

If all we had to do was add more time to process the work, it would be fine.

We would figure it out with technological solutions that would create efficiencies.

However, that does not appear to be the actuality.

Otherwise, the amount of questions we have to answer and the amount of paperwork, terms and conditions, fine print and accepted rules would be fewer…not greater.

When the fight becomes time vs. technology, time will always lose – as do the client and ironically, so does the provider.
