Share a Meal Together

As a family, you want to share a meal together…as often as you can.

Catch up on your day. Find out what is happening. Learn about their perspective. Discuss current events. Debate new ideas and controversial subjects.

The only thing you have to agree is that you may, well, disagree.

If you can do that, then every day, you should be able to share a meal together. At least one. More if feasible. When it is not possible, at least take the time to reconnect, face to face.
