Sometimes, it just isn’t the right time to spend the evening with 350 (or more) of your “closest” friends at a banquet. Especially after many long weeks of late practice, hard work and back to back weekends of performances. So, when you decide you are not up for the crowd, you can still have your own party.
Yes, there are people who don’t seek a crowd, the limelight, the dancing and the endless clapping in recognition of others’ achievements.
Hosting your own party, maybe not as simple as having someone else prepare the meal for you, but is still quite lovely. A private party of two can be the best way to spend the evening; quiet, relaxing and recharging for the rest of the week’s busy events.
