If you focus, and set your mind to it…yep it works.
Better than you would think.
Set a goal. Think about it. Focus on it. Look at the written task.
Break it down. Step by step. Day by day.
You will do nothing about it unless you want to do it. But, if you are hyper focused on it, you will peobably start to think, then act and eventually accomplish the goal.
It is the ultimate in positive reinforcement.
A positive mindset is very powerful and yep it works when you use it.
