Every year, we get hints of warmer weather and then more cold…this year was no exception. But, in the end, spring is always worth the wait.

We are finally able to walk about, no coat, enjoy the sunshine, and finally get the last of the fall leaves off the ground.

This is essential when we know that spring rains will come and we will not want to be slogging around in mucky leaves.

Fun right?

Well, at least today was a fun day – full of brightness, beauty and even a little birthday wishes.

This year, celebrating was totally worth the wait. Looking forward to many, many more to come.
