It is great when we have a plan.
We know what we are doing, where we are going and when everything is supposed to happen. It is easier to predict, because it was figured out in advance.
We can stay on track, get everything done and be ready for what comes next.
Budgeting is easier … both in time and funding.
Overall, if everyone knows what is supposed to happen, working together makes it happen – much more smoothly, too.
So. Figure it out. It will be better for all of us when we have a plan and have helped to decide what is coming next.
