Way To Empathy

The best way to empathy is to share your stories.

No one knows what you’re experiencing, except you (unless you tell them). Everyone has their own issues to deal with about those every day issues related to:

Work.

Family.

Friends.

Medical issues.

Kids.

Parents.

Money.

Politics.

Stress.

The way to empathy is to to be authentic and honest. Share when you are overwhelmed. Tell them you can’t voluntere (if you can’t.) think of what they might be experiencing and how their life is different than yours, and so totally different than others around you.
